Where should I go to buy tiles?
We understand how hard it is to find the right look for you and your home, however when looking for tile's be aware that tile cost does matter to the quality of the tile. This is why we added to our site a recomended tile suppliers section were you can take a look at what they have to offer through their web sites.
Can you get any discount from suppliers?
Depending on the supplier you choose, we may be able to help. Please contact us using the link on the main menu.
Can't I do my own tiling?
We do not recomend DIY after all this is your home we are talking about and you want it to look the best it can. Also think about your health and your safety. Naturally we recommend that you contact us (please use the link above).
What materials should I buy?
C.A.S Ceramics would rather supply our own fixing materials for quality & guarantee.
Does the area to be tiled require any preparation?
Provided your walls or floor are in good condition it is unlikely that any preparation will be needed. Should any preparation be needed, we can supply other trades e.g Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber & Electriction.
How soon can you do the job?
Normally we book our jobs between 2-3 weeks in advance. However we understand that many people are keen to have their jobs completed sooner rather than later. Please let us know as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
How do you price jobs?
No two jobs are ever the same. Customers can choose different types of tiles and always have different needs. All customers are asked exactly what they want and we offer our advice accordingly. We measure the area you need tiled and measure on a square metre basis. Each square metre is then charged at a flat rate according to the customer's requirements. We thereafter add the materials needed for your job.
How long will it take you to do the job?
A difficult question to answer; however to help we normally find that in order to provide total quality the average full bathroom (18 square metres) will take two full days. Day one will involve fixing the wall tiles and day two for floor tiling and grouting.
Do you give any guarantees?
Yes. At the end of your job you will be issued with a invoice which offers a 1 year guarantee. Also we guarantee you will be totally satisfied with our tiling and our service. If not C.A.S Ceramics will rectify any issue caused as a result of a C.A.S failure in service.
